this Agreement except where otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Luggage
11.1
Normal luggage assumes one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person.
If you have more luggage than this, please discuss this with us when booking
the taxi. Any luggage that the Taxi cannot accommodate is the responsibility of
the passenger. People carrier (six seater) can carry four people and normal
luggage for four people, but with 6 people it can carry normal luggage for one
person.
12. Conveying of children
12.1 UK
law states that taxis are exempt from legislation relating to children
travelling in a baby/child seat or booster. All children travelling during the
journey should be restrained in a manner appropriate to their age, weight and
height. For Health and Safety reasons, THL are unable to provide any form of
child seat.
Suitable child seats should be supplied and fitted by the child’s parents. If you are
booking a return journey and have your own child seat, the driver who carries
out your booking will store your child seat for the return journey.
13. Links to other Websites
13.1 The THL website may contain links to other sites. Unless expressly stated, these
sites are not under the control of THL or that of our affiliates. We assume no

of a link to another site on this website does not imply any endorsement of the
sites themselves or of those in control of them.
14. Insurance
14.1 All our taxis are fully insured for passengers and third party claims under British
law. Customers’ property is carried entirely at their own risk and THL shall
not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to such property.
15. Verbal communications
15.1 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any verbal
communications by THL, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall
prevail unless it is expressly stated otherwise.
